Same nation link: if 2 or more active players share a nation, every linked player gets +3 for each player in that nation group, so a 2-player link gives +6 each.
Coach nation link: after choosing a coach, if 2 or more active players match the coach nation, each matching player gets +8.
Bonuses are added to that player's slot rating and count toward the total score.
